Light and Creamy Custard
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 tbs cornstarch
- 3 cups milk
- 3 tbs sugar or to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Whisk eggs, then gradually adds cornstarch, sugar and vanilla. Finally add milk and mix ingredients until smooth (I use rice milk).
- Warm ingredients together in a saucepan.
- Continue whisking on stovetop until custard becomes thick and creamy.
- Remove from heat, enjoy warm or chilled with fruit.
