I love a good smoothie. It’s my favorite way to get in some fruits and veggies and also to get some fiber inside my system. I try and switch it up all the time, but my base for most smoothies is usually always the same. Today I wanted to make a smoothie that was rich in fiber, and also one that was pink in color.

Let this be a smoothie to help your system be strong, healthy, and feeling youthful. Most important of all let this smoothie help you be well nourished. From fiber to vitamins you will find it all in this quick simple smoothie.

Triple Berry Smoothie Recipe

Triple Berry Fiber Rich Smoothie

A perfect rich fiber smoothie. Great for breakfast or to satisfy cravings as an afternoon snack.

  • 1 tbsp pink hibiscus powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seed ground
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of triple berries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein


  • Add all ingredients to the blender starting with liquid ingredients first. Blend until smooth. Start by pulsing then gradually increase speed.
    Serve right away Enjoy!
