<p>I love a good smoothie. It&#8217;s my favorite way to get in some fruits and veggies and also to get some fiber inside my system. I try and switch it up all the time, but my base for most smoothies is usually always the same. Today I wanted to make a smoothie that was rich in fiber, and also one that was pink in color.</p>

<li>1 tbsp pink hibiscus powder</li>
<li>1 tbsp flax seed ground</li>
<li>2 bananas</li>
<li>2 cups of triple berries</li>
<li>2 cups milk</li>
<li>2 scoops vanilla vegan protein</li>
